"Where Science and Compassion Guide Therapy"
Tomislav Zbozinek, PhD
Hi! My name is Dr. Tomislav Zbozinek, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I provide therapy in my private practice, and I am also Associate Director of UCLA's Anxiety and Depression Research Center.

I primarily treat anxiety, depression, stress, and self-criticism, but I have experience treating a variety of difficulties. I approach therapy with compassion, kindness, warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuineness. In therapy, people often share vulnerable aspects of themselves, and I honor their openness with respect, validation, and putting in effort to help them live their lives more fully.

I provide treatments that have been shown to work for many people, known as evidence-based treatments. You can take a look at the Treatment Details tab for more info.

Please take a look at this website to get a feel for what therapy might look like with me. If you're interested in working together, please contact me by email, phone, or text. I look forward to speaking with you!
